Often on trucks with trans noise there's a missing pillow of foam stuffed between the trans and the body to arrest noise.
It will be a lot more effective than anything that you'll pour in the transmission.
You can make this yourself out of foam...

Bias voltage was low due to the old solid state rectifier going high resistance.
It went in the trash, replaced it with a new silicon unit and bias voltage is on the money at 50v.
