This is a must do if you want some premium space freed up on the driver side wheel well after deleting the ABS. All credit belongs @TYM4FUN who led the way of sticking a GM evap canister under his rig. I did a modified version of his project...
I ran 100 series pads for a while on my old 80. I honestly did not find any difference and as @CrabCake stated, they are a very tough fit. You can certainly do it and the guarantee is you will be wiser from the experience, :D
If you do new...
I did the same thing this summer driving from Telluride to AZ. Let it vent slowly for about 5 minutes and then slowly added. This still happens after warm, long highway trips. I installed a NOS OEM canister last year and didn’t really help.
I just bought a replacement set of Weathertech. My old version did exactly what you described. The new ones have a plastic screw that goes into your carpet. I’ve had them in for ~1500 miles and I really like them. The mats do not move around at all.
No, just like the 80 series Jerry Cans are cheap for the couple times per year I need the extra range. If I’m taking the 250 I’m most likely going to be towing the trailer. Plenty of fuel fits on that verse a multi thousand dollar LRT install.

Maybe just bump one of the old threads instead of contaminating yet another one?
I use some silicone lubricant on the upper O-ring prior to install. If you don’t the o-ring will roll as you push the injector into the fuel rail. I also mount all the injectors in the fuel rail and then install them as an assembly.
My daughter is moving to Rust country so I just gave this one a good coat of WoolWax
Drove it a lot this month with her home and I really really still like everything about the 250.
My impression after having run 4 sets through all types of road and terrain, interstate, 2 lane, back road, dirt/gravel county roads, logging roads, sand, mud, rock in Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona is that...
That is good to hear. I was not very kind to these tires. I was lax on rotations, did not include the spare and ran at lower pressures more often than I should have. I really do like these tires. They perform so well in the rocky/loose shale trails.
The mystery was circumvented and I got everything charging. Thanks to @alia176 and @Corbet for the help. The house battery charging on a cold engine finally stopped working altogether. This really helped as I was able to identify that the midi...
