hey, how about the torque spec for the front control arms ? in the back of my mind , all the front axle components are the same ftlbs, but i dont know where i got that impression.

The FJ60 distributor will drop in to any 2F block; you only need the dished pushrod gallery cover from an FJ60, and the igniter and coil from an FJ60 or a late U.S.-spec FJ40. Your 1980 already has an igniter and coil that will work with the 60...
