at first it was fun getting motors from corolla’s, a master switch from Switch Doctor. but now messing with power windows again !

both windows on the driver’s side are dead. Seems unusual the problem is only one side, and both windows. Anybody chased this down ?

Search turned up threads to convert to manual cranks, and im ready !

Did you figure out the issue?

The window rocket is great! I have one in my cruiser and it made a huge difference in window speed.
But if aktundra’s windows aren’t receiving power it won’t help his situation.

download a copy of the electrical wiring diagram from the resources section, and get your multimeter out and start testing components and wiring.

Oddly enough, I am experiencing this but on my passenger side. I tested all windows when I installed the window rocket and found the passenger rear to need some work. This past weekend my son tried to put the passenger window down and it would go from either switch. Would be interested to know what @aktundra found to be his issue. Waiting on some better weather before I start diagnosing the issue.

my passenger window sometimes does the same too. I'm yet to have the time/space to dig into it.

both driver window not getting power is interesting. If you changed out the master switch panel, then it sounds like you have a wiring issue that's common to both windows. Oh man, this might take a while to Dx! Grounding is a common to all things electrical, wonder if they're corroded?
