It's apparently a Chinese ripoff of a 4runner. I guess they have a whole boatload of Chinese manufactured rips of other manufacturers vehicles being produced over there. Yes, it's in Russia. The first sign in the background reads "ЛЕРУА МЕРЛЕН" (Leroy Merlin) which is the Russion version of a small Home Depot/ home improvement/ garden store. The second visible bilboard in the background has a word that I can't quite work out.
