Saginaw ( a newbie question) (1 Viewer)

I did a search on this forum and I googled it also, but did not get my answer. Is saginaw abrand of power steering or a type of power steering. I have power steering on my 71, so how can I tell if it is a saginaw? Part of my front bumper was notched for this thing to fit.

My question was, do I have a sag? I wasn't sure if there were other types and if mine was another type. And without your input, I wouldn't have been sure if I had one or not. Thanks for letting me know.

well there would be no need to 'pick on you', if you could just search for 10 min. I find that when i need to know something NOW, that a search of the 40 form will give me 4 pages of info to read. I can then either bring up an old thread or if i feel that none of them dealt with the issue start a new thread. So Slow down and read.

Ok to answer you question yes you have a saginaw steering box...yeesh stop rippin the n00b all his base are belong to us anyway
