I'm a newb to this forum but a lurker on the website for years. Looking at getting into a second LC/LX (previous LC 100 with 255K miles ran like a champ before I sold it). There is a 2014 LX with 47K miles here local for $45K. I've seen it in person and looks really nice, full carfax records with the local Lexus dealer) but I wanted to get some expert opinions before I make an offer. What should be a target price for me (obviously the lower the better)?

I’m listing my 2010 LX570 with 128k miles. I purchased this 6 months ago and I am the second owner. I purchased it from my company and it was the CEO’s daily driver. They bought it new and it’s spent it’s entire life in Nashville. All service has been done at the Lexus store in Franklin and should be listed in the Carfax.
There are multiple accidents reported on the Carfax but none were major at all. The rear bumper cover has been replaced twice and painted once. The front bumper cover has been painted once. I have pictures of some of the damage I can share if you are interested.

Hi all, for sale is our 2 owner, Southern LX570 with 90,000 miles on the clock. I purchased this truck from Orr Cadillac in Hot Springs, AR. We've really enjoyed this truck and the only reason for selling is upgrading to a 2015-2017 LX. It has been serviced at Lexus dealers since new, outside of the transmission, differentials, and transfer case service that was done at Javier's Offroad here in Houston at 86,000 miles. I replaced the tires 4000 miles ago with Cooper Discoverer HT Plus in the OEM size so should be good on that front. Truck currently needs nothing. I am selling my pristine 2014 LC200 due to changing needs. I have owned this for about 10 months, and bought it in DFW, Texas where it was a One-owner vehicle with a full service record at One DFW Toyota dealer. I got it with 54,800 miles and have absolutely babied it. It is currently at 65,xxx miles and residing in Northern California (just north of Marin County). Could anyone suggest a reason why the following is true?
There is not a single CPO LX570 in the whole Sewell Automotive (large TX dealer network, massive Lexus dealer) network.
There is not a CPO LX570 on Car.com or AutoTrader within 500 miles of Dallas.
In 10 years of LC/LX hunting I've never once been on those sites when there weren't 3 of every color to choose from. Can anyone explain the shortage?
