2002 LX470 for sale. Decided I need something newer. This has the 4 speed transmission.
I just serviced the ahc and it drives very nice. Timing belt was done at 103k so it’s still good for another 20-30k. Just had it detailed. All trunk and hood struts as well as wiper blades and headlight bulbs have just been replaced.
Oil change was just done and tires have plenty of tread. No oil leaks and drives great.
Driver seat is showing signs of typical wear for these 100 series trucks.
Exterior paint and body isn’t perfect but looks amazing from 10’ away. Top of car has oxidation.

I see bit of rust ( cannot tell if it just surface rust or not,), also not sure if there are any leaks ? would it be possible for an experience person, here on the forum, to have a look and please let me know anything that you can spot as a red flag?
Selling my very well sorted LC. Bought from a forum member who was a straight-shooter and treated it like a garage queen and who previously bought it from another forum member who sells extremely nice examples of LC's on this forum at a premium. This is a Texas truck, I rarely drove in winter, as I used my Wrangler for any salt-road driving. I did get it undercoated with wool wax lanolin oil because the frame was MINT and I wanted to keep it that way, it was not to hide any rust but instead to prevent which is obvious when you see up close. I do have a video of original frame before undercoating which I did once a year. I like lanolin because it can powerwash off unlike the hard paint which chips and ultimately leads to more rust...

I bought this (stock) Land Cruiser several months ago for my wife to replace a Mini Cooper she had driven for a number of years. (I believe I’m the 3rd owner). I’ll readily admit that I bought it for selfish reasons in that I also wanted to drive it but unfortunately she thought it was too big and ended up buying a Lexus UX200 instead. It’s now a spare vehicle that isn’t being driven very much. It’s fairly low mileage, especially for a 2004 and is, in my opinion, above average condition. The radio head unit can be a little glitchy / (the screen will freeze on occasion) but it hasn’t been a big enough issue to warrant replacing. There are a few scratches and one small dent in the hood (see photos)...
Hello: May I please get some input/advise from the experts. Looking at the 2005 LC with 160K miles. It is CA car all its life, all stock (i think). Owners are asking for 22K. According to them they have had the LC from last 18 years or so, all maintenance work done on time. They even state that this year, 7K was spent on the following: strut replacement, engine, transmission mounts. I am going to have a look at it today, so thought I should consult with the experts here on the forum to see if the price is right? Putting my 2000 LX 470 up for sale as I've owned it for awhile and have not had the funds to be able to tag and insure it. Also my 1990 Toyota Pick up blew a head gasket and I need the funds to fix it and get it back on the trail! Truck has been sitting around for awhile.
