I would like to trade or swap my beautiful C body convertible for a UZJ100.
I started restoring the car in 2009 and it is now finished. It has been an extensive restoration and I have detailed pictures to prove it.
Everything is done or replaced, too much to list.
Some highlights:
This C body Fuselage body style was only built in 1969 and 1970 It is a low production car (1,124 built in 1970)
The mileage on the odometer is approx. 54000 miles, but everything is replaced and redone.
It has a power top, power steering and power brakes.
The factory color is B3 Bahama Blue with black interior (no rips).
The bumpers are re-chromed.
The motor is a 383 High Performance big block with 4 barrel Edelbrock...
I'm a newb here, but ive been lurking for a good lil' while. The purpose of this post is twofold.
1) To get a better idea of what my truck is worth.
2) To see if any forum members are interested in a trade for a rig that I can haul the family and dog with.
I have a 1985 Toyota SR5 X-tra cab 4x4 with aprox. 125k miles. The truck is not perfect, but honestly its pretty darn close. I have a ton of service records from the PO and this truck was taken care of amazingly.
The interior is near perfect. It is as good as any 26 year old rig could be. My car is a 2003 M3 and it's interior is not as clean as this. The exterior is beautiful with original paint. There a few small surface rust spots on the bed rails(2), and some small...
Looking to trade, or sell my 1998 M3 for a nice FJ40 to compliment the 100 I already have.
The M3 is Hellrot red over black leather interior. The car is a weekend toy and doesn't see bad weather. It's been meticulously owned and maintained by myself. All preventative maintenance has been done on the car and it needs nothing as of right now.
It has a few modifications:
-H&R sport springs (I have the original springs)
-UUC Swaybarbarian swaybars
-Active Autowerkes replica cat back kit
It runs very strong and gets extremely good gas mileage if you keep your foot out of it.
I'm looking for a late 70's, or early 80's FJ40 that's in good condition.

2008 Teryx: new 840 kit. Brand New OEM crank, brand new rods, brand new JE 11.5 pistons (90mm), Brand New Cams, Mild headwork. all new seals and gaskets (cometic head gaskets). Professionaly built, dyno tuned.
50 miles on new OEM bevel gears (back side of trans, the ones that wear out)...

I've got a 1982 4x4 longbed that im looking to trade. Body is straight, only very minor surface rust. No dents. Undercarriage is very nice. It doesn't run now but I'm planning in having the engine rebuilt. Interior needs work. Overall a very nice truck given the year and the condition you usually find them in.

My dad has a 99 4wd F250 Powerstroke 7.3 Turbo Diesel Superduty that he may be interested in trading. No need for a diesel or a truck this big. Would be interested in 4th gen maybe 3rd gen 4runner, tacoma, 80/100 LC or Tundra. Lower the miles the better. Prefer stock but will look at everything.

First go around I ended up buying ZPDFJ's 1972 FJ40 and kept my 80. Having recently bought a 2004 LC, thinking it might be time to thin the herd a bit.
Only put on about 10k since the ad and not much has changed from my original ad. Just smogged and registered.
Will trade for an interesting classic car/hot rod/bobber, Triumph, Guzzi, BMW, Harley or 6k cash. Can throw in some money for the right trade.

2006 Buell Ulysses. Great bike. All 3 bags come with it. Recently replaced tires, plugs, wires, and K&N air filter. Plug wires are the heavier duty Magnecor wires. OEM stuff was junk.
The bad... Mostly cosmetic stuff. There's a small dent in the frame that's been there since I bought it. Looks like a plop over more than being laid down at any sort of speed. The front fender was gnawed on by my puppy (weird dog) Needs replacing. Have seen them on ebay now and again for $25-50 ish? The muffler has some surface rust typical of exhaust... hot then cold then hot then cold then wet.... =rust. Could be re-painted. No performance issues. Or just replace with a better aftermarket one.
Don't have time or a good riding buddy...

Looking for a fj60-62 or fj80. Would prefer V8 conversion on a 60-62 not to thrilled with red but any other color would be good. The only reason I am looking to trade is that it would be easier than trying to find a vehicle when this is my only one at the moment. 177k It is green with tan cloth interior, sunroof, cd cassette, pwr everything and factory alarm and aftermarket remote start. 4" lift (2"spacer front, OME 890's rear with Skyjacker nitros, and a 2" billet aluminum body lift.)285 mud terrains (treadwrights) with about 6k on them. I get lots of compliments on the vehicle. I get about 17-18 mpg now and 20mpg when stock and stock sized tires. I can answer any questions and get more pics if interested...
