Well, I hate that I'm even having the thought of this... but I'm putting some feelers out for a trade. I've had Shirley for 2 years. This is my 3rd land cruiser and 6th Toyota 4x4 (two 60's, a 40, and three 4Runners). I'm sure I'll regret letting this one go just like I did with the others... Shortly after we bought her, my wife got pregnant. Now with a 1 year old, a major kitchen remodel, and many other things going on I find myself wanting to enjoy my free time instead of tinkering with what is no doubt, an awesome ride. Hello; so I have been on the hunt for a FJ80 and saw one today, 1997 white with 94k original miles, carfax clean and only has had 2 owners, 2nd owner acquired the truck 12/2017, I drove the truck no weird engine sounds, brakes did vibrate a little, has an exhaust leak. I am running the pics by a mechanic but wanted to ask the FJ SME community on thoughts of the truck. The rust is my only concern. Lastly the guy is asking 8k.
