"At one point a motorcycle trailer and the FJ40 were consuming too much space in my garage and I needed to reduce their footprint to accommodate more storage. Naturally, I mounted the trailer atop the Cruiser. Those with a keen eye and familiarity of the FJ40 may notice the trailer in the photos provided. If not, don't worry... it's often mistaken for a custom hardtop, even by the most seasoned FJ authorities due to its sleek and beautifully sculpted mounting system ;-)

1975 Toyota FJ40 (Northern California)

Hello All. Unfortunately, I am a poor college student, and in need of a more efficient car. I have worked on this FJ40, and even converted the 2F engine to fuel injection. The engine was rebuilt prior to us purchasing it, restored from 2007-2011, fuel injection was installed 2012, and we swapped out the original transmission to the split transfercase style. The front brakes were upgraded to disc brakes, has a 6 CD changer AM/FM Radio, with cassette player. All electronics work. It is still a 4-speed, but it runs well. I just need something more efficient, contact me if interested. I am asking 20k for the car, I am open to negotiations and trades. But please understand that it pains me to have to sell the car.
