Bought it in ramona California, owner prior to that was auburn California, always garaged in RI. never brought out in rain or winter snow or salt. only used on dual track, dirt roads and fire roads. still non-op in california.

Unfortunately, it is time that I get my 1983 HJ 47 Arkana to a better home. I don’t have much time these days to devote and I know there is someone who does and will love her like we have. Have taken it on 2 13 hour trips, and about 10 4hr trips. It is my daily driver. previous owner drove it to CO and back. Would drive it cross country today . No leaks on engine. Total miles unknown. Speedo doesn’t work.
Everything is there for AC , just need to wire up compressor . Who needs it anyways with all the windows. Heat works great. Has rear heat also .
No rust , new door seals all around , lots of new parts here and there .
Previous owner did all fabrication and is done beautifully. Cage and bumpers are artwork.

I’ve decided to part with my Bj40 Land Cruiser as I don’t have the time to enjoy it needs to go to someone who will use it. The truck is as follows: 1980 BJ40 with current BC registration. The truck is a combination of a BJ40 with some 42 upgrades. This was my daily driver until recently and is a great little truck that has never let me down.

I need room in the garage and room for new toys, thats why I would like to sell my FJ45. Its a real head turner.
It has not been restored, the paint, interior is original with little wear. It has 122000KM on the clock. I have changed all fluids and filters. It has front and rear drum brakes, factory power steering and heating.

I moved, and now looks like I'm moving again. I have an offer at $30k but looking for more like $50. It's a 4-door now, will remove these pictures when I get to a computer. Need to sell by October 23rd or I will be gone and it will sit inside a barn for 6 months.
Recent additions are new GM 4.8 motor, 4.56 gears, front SOA, LSD front traction device and rear ARB locker with compressor. It's not a restoration truck and not perfect, but it has a modern drivetrain and one of a kind body. The ride with the long wheelbase and SOA is awesome!
The green set of wheels is gone, just the black wheels and 37" tires will come with the truck. Both sets of doors will come with the truck.

I did not think I would ever sell my Land Cruiser, but plans change, so I am unfortunately putting it up for sale. I am moving to Squamish July. 1st and will not have any secure parking for it; I'll only have street parking. I'll then be heading on a road trip to Alaska during that last two weeks of July. I may be interested in a partial trade for either a 1996-1999 4Runner or 80 series Land Cruiser (price around $5k); something more suiting for the long trip. And if all goes well, I'll be spending at least 2 months backpacking in SE Asia starting in Sept/Oct.
