1983 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Pickup 4x4 4speed. This is a GCC spec Cruiser with power steering and a split transfer case.
The cruiser was restored before being imported into the US. The color was changed from beige to red. The chassis and cabin were disassembled for cleaning and repainting. No rust or mentioned accidents.
These are some of the repairs and parts that were installed

I have a BJ43 body on a 80 rolling chassis cut and fit with a rebuilt 12HT drivetrain with the H55F for sale asking 17K. A custom rollacage was made for the BJ43 and was tied into the chassis. The 12HT was rebuilt by Chris at Wink 4X4 out of the Netherlands. The tires with the methods are 37’s for mock up and reference.

Sold my HJ47 and the new owners they did not want the Top and Frame in the deal. Its Still in original wrapping with the Soft Top, frame, bows, Barn Doors and hardware, it is complete with all parts for the frame. Its tan colored cavnas. Hey everyone. I am listing this for a customer of mine he acquired this about a year ago with the plans of having it restored but has decide to sell to free up some funds for his other Cruiser builds.
Here is an ad from a previous owner with details on the build/ upgrades. The mechanical upgrades were preformed by JimC at TLC Performance in the early 2000s. Not much has changed with the truck since that listing other the addition of some late 70’s FJ45 bench seats and a full tune-up and fluid baseline preformed by me.

It currently does not run and we have not tried to manually turn the motor so condition is not known. It was bought and lived in Southern California from new with the original owner’s grandson selling it without title in 2023. Overall this is a survivor and its originality lends itself to being a great project to restore or leave as is to preserve its history.
The rust can be seen in the photos and is in the cab corners, floor corners and rear frame cross section. The frame rails are solid above the rear axle and suspension is correct and solid without modifications. Rare 1965 Toyota FJ45. This is a complete FJ45 ready for restoration. Long bed. Original Inline 6 cylinder, not running. Floors have surface rust but appear to be solid. I have been importing Land Cruisers from a friend in Saudi Arabia. We have done a FZJ80, two FZJ75s, one FZJ70 and one FJ45 Troopy.

Selling my 1984 BJ45 is a left-hand-drive wagon. Planned to give it some cosmetic love and get it perfect but have another project I want to devote my time to. Powered by a 3.4-liter 3B diesel inline-four paired with a four-speed H41 manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a dual-range transfer case, an aftermarket front bumper with a winch, snorkel, high-lift jack mounted to the passenger-side fender. Gray-painted steel wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 tires, and the front axle is equipped with manually-locking hubs.
