Finally had a chance to install this rack and very satisfied with quality and powdercoat. Picked it up at Lake Arrowhead, CA from Greg at Diamondrax. RWhat placed 3 orders and picked it up last weekend. Greg is a great person to deal with and delivers a great product. Check him out Diamondrax.com

These racks are awesome. We should have taken a pic of you standing on it. I barely deflected with 180lbs planted in 2 spots.

The first one was made for Orionkhan and he wanted the vertical runners added.

We chose these racks due to being able to get them low enough to still fit in garages with 315's and J-lifts. The low profile mounts are able to be adjusted low enough to sit on the plastic runner rails. These are platform racks for RTT's that were modified with vertical slats to carry junk. I didn't want a full length rack for different reasons so this fit the bill nicely.

These racks are SOLID and not a el cheapo flimsy stuff. Not to mention his clamps, they are a new design that hide the bolts for a real sleek look.

Now i hopefully can get the bulky light weight junk out of the inside when we go camping and carry more

I'm sure Greg can modify his racks to fit what people need, especially at a better price than other racks. All of his racks are made in the USA at his place in Lake Arrowhead. He gave us a great group price on these and he will happily do group buys. I will not post the price we paid however we saved a good deal of money. I'm a cheap asss and he gave us a deal that was well worth it.

How much does it weigh? And it looks great. I like the low profile look.

I forgot to mention that it's adjustable for height and clears my garage by 2.5 inches.

Love it! That's next on the list.

We didn't go with the high lift mounts since we have mounts on the bumpers. As far as the shovel mount we will just attach stuff with straps.

You will have to contact Greg at diamondrax for pricing. Our price was significantly lower since we purchased 3 sets with mounts at one time and picked them up.

If I remember correctly I know the adapters for the shovel set up 30 to 50 bucks for a pair. I am going to have Greg make adapters for Yakima crossbars so I can use my snowboard holders.

Cool, Can I get Gary's email? The contact page on the website was down.

I got a diamondrax low profile rack (2" high) last spring. About half way through the summer rust started showing up where the side panels attach to the upper and lower bars. Then the powder coat started coming off where one of the bungee hooks had some of the rubber missing, so that's rusting now. And all I ever carried up there was a folding chair! Oh and the screws that attach the wind deflector to the front all rusted. I'm not really sure what to do about it, if anything.

I love the way it looks and it's solid as a rock up there. I'm just afraid of what it's gonna look like in a couple years.

Hi,

I am really interested in this rack but the website is broken. I found Greg's email on Google but got the following;

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

greg@diamondrax.com

Can someone give me a contact, website, or are they no longer in business.

Please feel free to send me a PM

Thanks, Will

Um, Greg posted directly above you, 6 hrs earlier. I would say they are still in business. Have you tried PMing him?

Just checked the website, works for me?

What is the size of the rack pictured?
I want to look it up on his website.
I have the same truck.
Thanks, Dustin

The platform rack measures 54" wide by 60" long. The rack pictured includes our optional welded-in flooring slats. The rack can utilize a maximum of 6 of our Bulldog 2.0 Heavy Duty Rain Gutter Clamps (though you can get away with using 4 if you plan to carry lighter cargo). Sideways86 also opted to include our Triple Dog Gutter Supports (the triangular pieces), which bolt to the back of the Bulldogs and spread the load of each clamp over 9" of your rain gutter (versus 3.5" without).

PM me for more info or with any questions you might have. Thanks!

I identify a product with it's name until I know otherwise. Thanks for pointing out the response from a member to another that does nothing to solve my issue including bounced emails.
