Hey... I started a new thread for this... knock it off Kevin!
Now now, I like weatherstrip just fine.
I'm bummed that Marks stuff didn't work out, I was hoping for a cheap source.
Let me look into the TrimLoc I bought, maybe I can get a better rate for a larger roll.
I need to make sure I can cover my but with this stuff before I order another roll, although there certainly seems to be enough interest.
It sucks a bit though since shipping the roll to my shop, then covering the shipping to everybody (flat rate USPS seems best) then making sure I can cover the paypal fees for all the payments.......you get the picture, every step ads more cost to the little rubber strips.
I am pretty sure I lost money on the last of that stuff I distributed, but that was fine since I needed to spend the cash to get it myself.
When I am back in the office tomorrow I will look into it closely, I will also start a new thread.

This mimics the OE 62 weatherstrip, the 60s did not have the bulb welt on the inner edge trim like the 62, and the 62s did not even have the bulb welt on the two back doors. The OE welt is very low profile and compresses too easily, I hated the wind whistling in my ear even after I upgraded to the 62 front weatherstrip, so I had a roll of custom weatherstrip made with a larger/stiffer bulb.I have some great factory weather stripping from a 60 and a 62.
Are you guys having problems with the weatherstrip around the rear hatch and tailgate? Or are you just interested in something new?
If there are problems, what specifically are they? Water? dust? noise? I've had good luck with the OE stuff back there.
