ARB bumper warn xd9000i (1 Viewer)

I know that they say the warn xd9000i will not work with the ARB bumper. I have the winch just order the bumper. What is the reason for the winch not fitting and has anyone tried to make it work.

Well, with a little fab - you can get anything to fit!

It's the way the xd series vs. the othere mount, face vs. top and the bolt pattern, etc...

If you can weld - you can 'get er done'

no fabrication was required for the XD9000 to mount in the ARB. What is different about an XD9000i?

The XD9000i has the integrated solonoid "pack" thats hard mounted to the top of the winch. I assuem it hits the grill or otherwise is limited in space. I too have a XD9000i winch and trying to figure out what works. I see that 4+ makes a bumper that will mount the XD9000i. I had the winch on another truck and I'm not crazy about spending more $$$ right now for a winch when I allready have one.
