We have reserved RV spaces C7 & C8, we will set up like we did last year with the canpoy in the middle and you can camp around the RV's or you can reserve a cabin. I plan to arrive on Thursday afternoon.

Bump-just wanted to make sure everyone has this on their calendar
On my calendar. I am thinking about bringing the 4Runner up if I can get the new-to-me coilovers and bumper mounted. Also thinking about picking up some sliders before then too.
If it doesn't stop raining then I vote we just go to Big Ed's and eat pizza and drink beer, cause I do not want to be a party to "trail 16 part 2"

I'm planning on being there Saturday morning, nov. 2, camping Saturday night. My 80 is still stock height on 33's , looking forward to seeing what she'll do before the modifications start! Also looking forward to meeting more of the group!

What time is the meeting starting on Saturday, roughly? I'm hoping to get to windrock by 8:30, and where is camping going to be there? I've only been to the pavilion ...

7 ish for supper followed by short meeting. We have reserved 2 RV spaces just past the rest rooms in the. RV area there should be plenty of room for tents around the RVs.
The club will be providing biscuits and gravy Saturday morning and supper Saturday evening.

I'm not gonna be able to make it. Mama is gonna be in Nashville all week at a teacher/administrator conference. She comes home Halloween midday. Last year they had to go a week earlier so it worked out well.
