Yes It sounds to good to be true, but I bought a can and I'm gonna try on my transmission cover and then put some herculiner over and under coat the other side hopeing to buy some time so I can finish the other stuff. My question is has anyone ever used It and If so how well did It work. Thanks

POR 15 is the way to go. Sure, a PITA to apply, but the results speak for themselves. Painted my rusty frame with POR 2 years ago and looks great.

This may sound stupid, but is zero rust a primer? I am getting ready to prime my '63 fj and my paint guy recommended an etching primer. However, this zerorust looks good. Is it meant to be used as a primer or simply a rust prevention undelayment? Thanks.
