Just thought I'd post this up in case anyone might need one. My clutch went out awhile back on my former-AC-turned-OBA York 210. I searched and searched for a 6" clutch/pulley that would accept the 40's wide belt with no luck. The one that's listed in the book (75R1802) has been discontinued and I was unable to locate one...:frown:

I did however find a company that has taken a 7" double V-groove pulley and had the outer pulley machined to 5/8. Apparently there is an industrial use.

Here are the details:

Harold Electric Co.
811 W. Rose
Walla Walla, WA 99362
1-800-541-8910
1-509-525-5070

Part #: 04035
Diameter: 7"
# Grooves: 2
Belt Width: 1/2", 5/8"
Tec/York
Measure "A" 2 1/4"
Measure "B" 1 1/2"
Volts: 12 V

Just got it mounted and it does clear the alternator, but its close. I'll have to get longer belt tomorrow, but it looks like it'll work fine and lined up perfectly. Cost was even a bit cheaper than other 1/2" clutches I saw in my search. $135, plus $10 shipping

I'll try and remember to snap a pic after I get the belt on tomorrow...Hope this helps someone:grinpimp:
