Search for this topic youll pull up thousands of never ended debates.

But, this is how most of them go.

You CAN fit 285/75R16 tires with no rubbing what so ever. That is a 33" tire.

Most used daily driver tires are all terrains and alot of the people on here use:

Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo

BF Goodrich A/T TA KO

Nitto Terra Grappler

And the debate on whats best out of all of those is never ever ending.

Alot of people also use Goodyear Wrangler MTRs but those are more aggressive. Like I said, search and find out for yourself.

yes i've seen the wranglers and they seem good I don't like the BFG's as they wear to quick on the road yeah well my mags won't fit a bigger tyre they are stupid import mags tht I want to change and put the orignals bak on
Cheers

The BFG A/T has a longer treadlife than the Bridgestone Revo A/T, the Yokohama A/T, and the Nitto A/T. Are you comparing A/T tires are highway tires?

I've got the Yoko Geolandar AT II's and for the $$ they are fantastic on and off road. They wear nicely as well. I got 285/75/R16's for about $130 /tire when I bought them last year.

I've got the bridgestones; great tires... grip everything well except for mud obviously (and they still shed well) and they are great in water. The treadlife sucks though. I've had them for about a 10mos/20k miles and the tread is getting pretty worn. They are wearing evenly but they are wearing fairly quickly.

REVO's

affordable, long lasting, quiet on the highway and great everywhere else.

Yoko Geolander AT+II an all great performance tire, an agressive tread for off-road, very goof in sand and rocky trails, in the hwy it performs very good in rain.;)

I have Bridgestone Dueler M/Ts (285s) and they are bulletproof. Firestone Destinations are basically the same tire. They ride and sound like most A/Ts. I am amazed at the beating my Duelers have taken over the past 80k miles.

Too bad they don't come bigger than 285s. Toyo 315s are next.

I have the Yokohama Geolander AT-II's and the have been a great tire on & off road. They handle rain/wet pavement very well and they are reasonably priced at Americas/Discount tire.
