Awesome rig, lots of mod's for the first year. Can't wait to see what you do in year two!

Are those the 18" Tundra wheels? Love that look. What is the exact tire size, and did you put them on before or after the lift?

Thanks all!

Year 2? I'll surely run out of money before running out of mods I "need", but for now am planning a fridge and on board hot water/shower, hopefully before summer. Beyond that, who knows?

Yes, those are 18" Tundra wheels with 275/70/18 BFGs. I added them after the lift, but the consensus opinion seems to suggest that tire size would fit without a lift.

What awning is tha?

The awning is an Eezi Awn Series 2000. It is the 2.0 meter variety. This model retracts automatically so I imagine is a bit easier to operate than than manual version, but I've never tried that one. That said, it takes a bit of practice to retract solo. Set up is pretty easy by yourself and can, with the right motivation, be done with a carefully held beer in one hand.

Looks great...how donu like your rtt? 1600?

Thanks!

I like the tent a lot. It is the 1600 which to me has the right balance of space in the tent and size/weight on the roof. I wasn't sure about the utility of the walls/panels that form the lower area, but have used them quite a bit, both as basic shelter and as an additional sleeping area.

It took a couple trips to figure out how to quickly set up and tear down, but I've gotten much quicker now and can usually do so faster than fellow campers with conventional ground tents. And, I'm far more comfortable when I'm done setting up my tent!

Which lift did you go with? 1.5 or 2.5?

I started with the OME 865 which is supposed to be 1.5", but now have Slee's SOF2RH springs in the rear which they describe as 2". The 865s sagged under the weight of the tent, bumper, heavy spare, camping gear, etc. I adjusted the front to match and to get the right amount droop as described/debated in several threads here.
