what is the style number for the ARB bumper? they don't list one on their website???

It's for the Tacoma and that will be the one you have to look up. The Prado bar is wider than the limited style flairs and the has higher hoops easily distinguished between the two.

did you have to do any extra fab work to make it fit?

Modded (shortened) Hannibal Jeep Cherokee rack. While the fab shock could have paid a little more attention to detail (I'm meticulous) the rack isn't quite level on the wings or outside edges. Not sure (though I do know) how this happened. Anyway It will work far better this way than x-tra wide.

Nice rig, why did you switch from the TJM bumper to the ARB bumper?

"Hoop Envy" Why you have to hate on my b-ball skills (haven't a prayer). TO be honest I came across a awesome deal on eBay through a junkyard. The ARB set me back $400 in like new condition, and I got almost all that back out of my TJM (the fact that TJM was pulling out of the US didn't hurt either). There is no question the TJM is tough and proven as many (Steve @ Sonoran Steel) have put them through the paces, without much issue (there was a guy who's driver front tire came in contact with the either welded or unwelded wing, and it twisted the bumper). Personally I feel the ARB to be more robust and had the Tacoma one come up for sale I was already in route to purchase the Prado bar for my 02 4Runner.

This should go in shortly, estimated time 1-3 weeks. My 4Runner motor has 238K and is doing fine, but a small oil leak and weeping have started soooo better safe than sorry. The engine is the stock 5VZFE (3.4L V-6), and has been rebuilt to handle forced induction (yes yes I know it would handle it stock, but not it will really handle it) if I decide to go that route.

I  at the roll bar, since I thought you were talking about the paper towel (roll) on the hanger (bar)

Very nice buildup! I was looking for a 4Runner when I found my 80. If I hadn't bought it, I would have copied a lot of your stuff I think.

Looks like another set of 295 Nitto's will go on tomorrow. This will be the 4Runner's 2nd set and my 7th set purchased over all. I shopped and shopped and really didn't find anything mild that I like better for price and longevity. If my math is correct I will have gotten 2 years and 55k+ miles out of these, with wear bars left so more miles are possible but I think it is time for new tires, as the old one will retire to my trailer.
