WTB: fj40

hi i am looking for a fj40 landcruiser
i would like it to have a small block v8
lifted
i would like it to be able to fit 35" tires under it
and not totally rusted out
but i will consider anything
i am in calgary and furthest i will travel to look at it is edmonton area
but closer is better
please let me know what you have thanks

thanks but i am kinda looking for something that is more of a daily driver / weekend warrior
so it also has to be street legal
