WTB 98-99 Cruiser&lx470

After selling my 95,I am in the market for a early 100'series,98-99.Lots of them right now popping everywhere,however I am reluctant to trust a ebay seller.I got the funds ready for 2-3 weeks now and prices are all over the place...
I need a 98-99,previous grocery getter,all stock,90-120k miles,maybe more if nice,even in need of maintenance(brakes, tires,timing,window regulator...),I can do everything myself,resonable priced,not dirt cheap,however not something that one bought 2 years ago in the peak season, winter, and is looking to unload right now with in this market for the same price...
Motivated,need something in the next couple of days,otherwise,I have to change brands...

I am in Chicago area,I will travel some,however West Coast is quite far,even if the cars are nicer,no salt ...,shipping is in excess of 1000$,so,its not worth it.I am looking to spend around 14k give or take.
