WTB 80 or 100 series

Hi all,

I am looking for a second cruiser, I have a 72 fj40 that I bought from a Mud member 2 yrs ago. I am now needing something with more room than my 07 Subaru Outback. I am not sure what year I should be looking for, I am thinking 97 -2000? I would like one with reasonbly low mileage, no rust, and not modded for offroad since this is not what it will be used for. Any suggestions as to what to look for would be most appreciated. I have a budget of approx 15k which I have to stick to.

you would love the power, economy and the room of a 100 series, but maybe good luck on finding a streetable DD for under 15k. The 03 and later 4runner w/ the v8 is a 100 series in my eyes, also a great truck, just seats 2 fewer folks. Good luck.

Price is a little north of your $15k budget but I need to get rid of rid so I'm certain that we could come to a reasonable middle ground. It just sits in the garage. Plus, it's got a seperate set of nearly new snow tires and factory wheels for the winters.

It's 100% stock, I have plenty of pics available if interested.

Brian, check out montana craigslist, been a few in there recently, doesn't look like they moving very fast. for 15K you could buy 2 of them. one of them is a mud member also, not sure if he's on here much anymore.
look under landcruiser and land cruiser

Also check with the other Brian in Sheridan, he might have a lead on one or give you some pointers.
