I had the same problem. They are hard to come by. MAF has them for sale. Unfortunately they have been on backorder for 3 or 4 months. I have searched long and hard for another parts supplier of these. Finally found them today. www.cruiserparts.net has them for 75 each. I didn't really care what they cost as long as I could get them.
My local toyota dealarship ordered me one for my 76. Ran me about 90 bucks.
