Got my clutch master cylinder installed yesterday, now to find out why my brake lights quit...

I'm thinking of replacing my fuse box, that seems to be where most of my wiring problems are.
Too much corrosion and the fuses don't make good connection.
move them a little and things work again.
I've already sanded all of the contacts and replaced the fuses, and it still happens.

Coming back over the bridge today, the belt came off. Worn really badly.
It doesn't have that many miles on it so I'll have to see what's not lined up.
Making a list of mostly little projects for the 40

My brother in law replaced his fuse box (67 Chevelle) with an aircraft breaker (not fuse) type box... ever seen this done? Never have to replace a fuse just flip it back on...

Seen it in race cars before i worked on Aircraft..

I’ve gotten a little done on the 4Runner finally! I’m about ready for Logan’s Run! I got the trailgear bumper on and installed my old winch. Replaced the worn out headlights with e code Hella housings and much brighter hella bulbs. They are much brighter. Also got the combination turn signals/ marker lights wired up and installed. Also got the cracked windshield replaced! Been a little busy!

Finally got the garage cleaned up and put the 40 up on the lift. Small list of things to do before the parade.
First was the transfer case shifter. it was frozen in Lo 4 when I got it. Beat on it to get it to Hi 2. I thought it wasn't fully engaged in Hi, if you let out the clutch to fast, it would skip a gear, more in reverse....something I tried hard not to do.

Turns out, it was past the detent ball. had to remove the shift rod, clean it up, lube it, and reinstall it.
Moves in and out of 4 easily now. Lo range is another problem...for another day
I have to fill it with gear oil, but that will be tomorrow, seems I'm out??

Transfer case shifter is working great now, a little grease and a little muscle and It goes 2h, 4h, 4L nor. didn't do the 2L mod, maybe later. It's ready for the parade...Hope the weather holds, I'll go TOPLESS!!!!!

Should be just a socket and ratchet to drain, you might get a mini pump to assist replacing it.

Went to meet a client on Johns Island in the 40 Monday, Got to the crosstown and the water pump was making all kinds of noise.
Went to a friends house on James Island and parked it. Used his 62 to make it to Johns Island.
Got it back home and pulled it apart...waiting on a water pump, it'll be here Friday. Never leaked, but smoked the belt...again.

All back together again...hoping to drive it to the Carolina Relic Run in April.

I installed a cold(er) air intake on the Chick'n.
All from Spectre performance (Not SOR)
A little shiny, but I'm sure that will wear off.
