Well, it was a good run. Three years. Did the battery break assembly brake booster and two alternators other than heater tees and other regular maintenance. Was just getting ready to change the AHC fluid timing belt water pump. She had 330 thousand miles on it and was running strong. I was getting ready to put a roof rack on definitely a rear swing out bumper and do some rhino lining and some armor on the bottom. Just for light over landing not rock crawling. Was a great truck. I towed it 10,000 miles behind my 40 foot bus last year. If anybody needs tow brackets , I’ve got them over in the classified for sale. I almost bought a nice 1997 80 series but ended up getting a 2020 F150 instead to pull for now. I plan to get another land cruiser for sure. In a year or two. Have some other priorities right now. What a great truck.

Hope everyone walked away unscathed. 🙏🏻

Where did it get towed to and are parts available?

By the way, good luck getting insurance to pay what the market going rate is on these. I rejected the insurance offer two times it took me like three weeks, and in the end they only gave me 10 grand. I couldn’t find a comparable LX anywhere for under 14. They didn’t care.

One of my biggest concerns about (3) “old” 100 series in the driveway, and one of my biggest motivators for “a spare”, if I had to negotiate with insurance, as it gives me a 100 series to drive while we negotiate.

I’ll be looking for a new one and I’m going to be looking on this forum in the classified this coming winter. I replaced my LX with a 2020 platinum F150 pick up which my wife drives. I’m currently driving my Uber eats 2010 Hyundai Accent.

Saving cash right now.

Ugh, this sucks. So sorry for your loss and good luck with the insurance companies.

This, and large wildlife here in TX, are why I rushed to get a full steel bumper installed front and rear. Didn't want an otherwise minor accident to total out my truck.

Smart! I was going to install a full ARB front and rear bumper set. I’ll do that on my next one for sure.
