Would you consider this Radiator delivery quality acceptable?

I ordered from Serra Toyota as it was highly recommended and they were offering a pretty good discount over the holidays. But would you consider this delivery condition acceptable?

How much are these discounted over local dealers when you account for shipping?

When I got mine years ago it was still way cheaper to have it shipped expedited from Dubai than to buy from my local dealer. Toyota charges a hefty markup to the NA dealer network and then the dealer obviously throws on their own arbitrary markup.

The markups vary a lot by part, so it's not a blanket savings across the board, but in my experience you can save a ton by buying genuine OEM Toyota/Lexus from non-domestic dealers. Wish it wasn't the case, but the price delta is often too big to ignore.

Looks pretty typical. I'd install it and be on my way. The way they're packaged from factory before the dealer even gets them means that the fin damage you're seeing is the norm rather than exception and probably happened before Eric received and packed it.

Someone on here had posted up similar pics of damage in the same areas even when they had picked it directly from their dealer.

I’d be fine with it. That doesn’t look like Serra’s typical packaging though. When I got my radiator a few months ago it was double boxed with plenty of padding. Still had a few bent fins, but I’d guess it left the factory that way. I’m pretty sure that UPS, FedEx, etc could destroy an anvil…
