Would this bother anyone? Another rust photo...

Looking at an 07 lx with 160k 11k, minimal maintenance records minimal rust otherwise. It's still a killer deal but I'm trying to make the switch from more rusty but not terrible rig and am trying to figure out where I draw the line.

Is that the only rust on the rig? Was there a captive nut there? Are there signs of an attempt to drill out the hole?

I just don’t understand why people can’t look at the 100x other “___ rust???” Threads and read the answers on there to discern how they feel about the rust on the vehicle they’re about to purchase.

I’d slap some rust converter on that hole and paint it. Should be fine. IMHO.
Edit: trucks with holes like this are selling for $11k and that’s a killer deal?

Is that the left side of the rear cross member? If so, that's a common rust spot. If the rear of the rig is clean I'd consider it and just patch it. It hard to offer good advise based on a single photo.

Silly not to take that at 11. Something else is wrong though.

Only other potential flag is ahc. It works but fluid registers at level 4 on low height and dry on high height. May be looking at suspension conversion in my future but even so still silly not to snatch it. At the bank now. Thanks!
