Welp, I did something perhaps not so smart. Or maybe it was. Found this 99 100series Land Cruiser locally for a seriously good price. I have a lot to learn and there is a lot I’m going to embark on this truck. It will be a build truck used for product development. I definitely didn’t need this on my life right now but it was like a stray cat that just needed a home.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that has stray (rough) 100 series following me home :)

Very cool Joey! Looking forward to following your developments with this rig.

Also excited to see what products y'all develop for the 100 platform. Turbo kit?

Hmmm...how about a bridge controller + 750F? Yeah, that's it. That should be your first project. 😁

very nice. cant wait to see more products

Awesome. Cant wait to see what you come up with.
Id like to say Id be in for a Turbo kit but we will see if Regearing is enough for me.

We need a good cargo attic rack and gas tank skid plate. Not sure if these are the types of products you are interested in making. Just throwing out some ideas!
Check out blueridgeoverland gear for a decent attic

First nightmare in the 100. In the middle of nowhere, and completely unprepared, the alternator decided to die. I’m ashamed to admit that cumulatively this took me about 17hrs to do. Had to drive around in a friend’s truck and find the tools and the alt. Such a pain. Trying to do this on my back, in a parking lot, at 100°, with only one arm that is useful, was not fun. Oh well. Trial by fire.

Fuuuu...ork. Sorry man, that sucks to have that happen so soon and in an inconvenient place! At least now it's one thing that's done right that you won't have to worry about!
