through the river and over the woods.
:flipoff2: 285/60/18 Toyo Open Country ATs (yeah ok so what if they're stock height, I've already gone that other route.)

No more chrome, or silver, just black and white. What do you guys think?

looks like halloween with the orange plates :flipoff2:

I dig it

(p.s- Your iphone 3g sucks so bad, I could barely tell what you had done other than black wheels with the picture you sent me earlier)

That it does. I didn't think you could make a white one look aggressive, I guess I was wrong. Loose the running boards and get some step sliders and you are set

NO! NO! STOP IT, I WONT DO IT! I DO THAT AND ITS G A M E O V E R! It's seriously never going to go off of the road...except maybe a beach...and that time last week.

By the way, I retract my statement about the white LX's looking soccer mom, I've proved to myself that image CAN be fixed. :D

I was trying to blow out a tire...didnt know all I needed to do was drive down the highway and pickup a nail.

found my next sticker. Thank you

White and black works for me, but you knew that. :D
Guess I should get techie, how does that ride compare with older LX for cross country travel?
How long did it take you? Seems like you are popping up all over the country.

Well I never drove the "warwagen" across the country in stock form, it already had sliders bumper and tires the first time. This thing was plush, extremely comfortable and quick. I took 3 days to get to Vegas getting 8-10h sleep every night. I didn't drive at night because no HIDs, bullbar and all the bugs. So I took it easy, just cruising...and took a couple hundred mile longer route because I'm so sick of the fast way. Hands down this thing wins for long drives, but that was obvious. It had Pilot LTXs on for the XC drive but I just put the toyos on yesterday. I HATED the feel of the Michelin. These feel planted and secure. I noticed a slight decrease in fuel mileage but that comes from worn down highway tires going to fresh ATs.

The toyo ATs are very nice, quiet and took barely anything to balance. I'm sold as a toyo customer. I went with the ATs because Ive been so happy with my MTs on the other rig...and this one wouldn't look right with MTs haha.

You got a new rig? Sweet. Want to go run Chinaman's (Asiandudes) Gulch? I can help you scratch it.

Did you rattlecan again or powder the wheels? Looks good...

I think the white/black combo looks good. It looks tons better than the Orange accents on the Cayenne S in the background.

I thought you used the rattlecan on the steel wheels. My bad. Nothing wrong with glossy. Have them done locally and, if so, they do a good job? I need to have my slee sliders redone. NE winters have been merciless...

My sliders are fine, but both winters Ive had them my truck lived in CO. I got the wheels done in las vegas actually since I didn't have time in NY before my trip. I've got a shop in westchester and one in long island that could do them or ya. I'll PM you tomorrow.
