Hey there,
All of a sudden my wipers have stopped on the hj60 - the motor is still making the noise but no movement in the arms?
Any obvious direction to go or?
thanks ahead.

Try wiggling the relay under the dash. Also try wiggling the fuse

yeh both, checked fuse.the wiper motor is going and both arms are not moving at all, like a knocking/clicking sound at back of wiper motor, never worked on them b4,looks original.
I`m thinking theres a cog or something that mite have had its day? can i just pull the motor out and peak?

quick video of it,never done wiper problems before so i appreciate the help.

Do you have a 10 mm socket? Remove the nuts on that panel the motor is attached to and see what's
going on in there. Pull it out and see how the rotating arm is attached first and go from there.

I don't know what's available to you where you are, but I think there's some Dorman wiper bushings that can be modified to work in that spot. There are threads on it, somewhere...

Don't remember but that looks like it will work

Use Synthetic grease on the plastic bits. Petroleum grease can cause some plastics to deteriorate.

Good luck
