Washer diverter valve - Mine wasn't working so I reversed the two wiper hose connections and went from front to back with the switch trying to make it work. Each time it was only the front that worked. Put the hoses back to original and tried again. after a couple of tries both began to work properly. Apparently the small amount of reverse pressure caused the valve to operate freely. Must have been 23 year old crud that broke loose. Took off and soaked in vinegar and water overnight hoping to dissolve the crud then flushed the lines with a hose. Keep pigtail dry when soaking. Working fine for now.
Oh, in spite of a previous unfriendly comment the $9.00 pump fit and is working as expected.
