Anyway I believe the bottom pick is the A/C Amplifier.

Wiper control is pictured in the 1st picture upper left hand corner (large black box thingy). They are way old school inside with a mini electric motor and a set of breaker points.

Thank you I pulled it out cleaned it up and it's working, but the park is off...
Got it I just adjusted the arm on the wiper motor all good now.
