Do you think an average person could knock it all out in a day (cargo ones aside). I have also got to do the mudflap ones as well
I’d say average guy (myself) no, not at all. To do it right and make sure all the seals are aligned properly, I don’t think so. I did about one door a day. Usually 2-4hrs. And I’d get too stressed or tired, so I’d call it a day so I don’t mess it up.

Yeah, that sounds about right and how long I thought it would take. Don't even want to imagine what a dealer or shop would charge. 😂

Oh I’m sure it is a crap ton. But it’s really not that hard at all. Just be careful with door panels and delicate items. I could have done 2 doors a day but on a couple of them I had some other things to fix.
 
Thanks for putting all this together. Did anyone find another place to order other than directly from Toyota dealership?
 
Is there a thread on the process for R&R of the 3rd row sliding windows, weather stripping, and the races? I always like to cheat and read about someone else's pain before I start jobs.
