The lights come from the following location. I stole the idea from the TLC Icon. Saw it on their instrument cluster and hunted around. Design Engineering makes them. They aren't cheap, and they are extremely bright - much brighter than you'd think. But I love the look of them.

I have had them a year and love them. I have some of their license plate bolts to cast a gently light onto my dash knobs as well. Very cool.

The bolt style looks cool as well. The LED's we have had made are machined bodies, nickel plated with steel half nuts for the back. Also not cheep but we don't do cheep.

We had fun shooting the show on location with the Top Gear guys. I had a moment in the jungle were I was just me in the 40 test driving it after working on the brakes all night...."I could just keep driving......"

The second posting shows the powder coated black one with the two 3" and 3/8" holes and three 2" and 1/16" holes. One for speed and one for tach. The other just has the two larger 3" and 3/8" holes. Tach covered!
