If you want to convoy over, meet at the Divide Philips 66 at 6:45 am. We leave as soon as we account for the people that signed up (NLT 7:15). Formal meetup is in Johnson Village at the Gunsmoke parking lot at 8:30 am. I plan to meet at the Divide Philips 66.

Bring a GMRS radio (channel 15), lunch, and all of the needed recovery and safety gear.

I would imagine, this being sort of an "event", that the likelihood of encountering enforcement is higher than most trails.

I was able to purchase an OHV permit/sticker and print the TAN (temporary authorization number). The website kinds sucks, so there's a non-zero chance I bought the wrong thing but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Either sticker, the one for plated vehicles and the one for OHV‘s, will work for our plated vehicles. I discussed this with CPW last year. I went to purchase one for my plated vehicle and they did not even know what that was. They told me that the other one would work and I told him I specifically wanted one for a plated vehicle and then they found that one and sold it to me. Go figure.
