Who's Lifted Dark Blue 200 on Methods in Dallas?

Last week I saw and tried to follow a 200 that was lifted in Southlake, TX. Wanted to see what lift and how it rode since I'm considering BP-51. Looked dark blue on black Method wheels.

I gave chase in the Huracan but he wouldn't stop LOL.

Any idea if the owner is on here?
