Who had the 60\62 at Wally World in Travelers Rest yesterday?

Say a gray 60/62 (only got a glimpse) in the Wally World parking lot in Traveler's Rest yesterday. It looked in good shape, didn't have a license plate, was parked away from the store, had an aftermarket front bumper, and had a Furman Univ. employee parking sticker. Does anyone know who this belonged to?

I wanted to stop and deliver a UC card but wasn't in the mood after having Dan jump on me.
