I am the proud owner of a 1988 White Lightening. I am wanting to sell her so wanting to know what she is worth. She is number 2 of 150 ever made and is the 12HT version. I saw one recent recently go for around $16K. Mine is very clean and has no rust at all. She has 400,000kms on the clock and runs like a dream.

I sold number 2 to Nicholas Georgoussis 12 months back . had to make room for new Toyota projects, only so much shed space

hi guys bit of a bump/update to this thread if anyone actually cares XD 17 year old me unfortunately didn't pick up this mint as white lightning cruiser, neither did I end up with dads winter edition 80 (although he still has that) ended up with a mazda, but finally this year picked up an fzj105 RV, white with colour matched arb bullbar so I guess kinda like a 105 series version of a white lightning, it surprised me that this thread shows up almost at the top of the google search when you search for these things, thanks for the sound advice from you blokes and hopefully I'll end up with a white lightning 60 one day

I must be outta my mind or lacking total knowledge of whats cool these days....because i think thats BAD ASS! Would snap buy that at $4500 AUd or $3400 USD as I reckon it would snap resell here in the North East for $12,000 USD. You guys have soooo many clean 60s over there that that sells for $4500 AUD??? My God...start sending en to me and we can make some Mad Loot!
