On very cold mornings I get a whine from what seems to be the transfer box, as soon as the car has warmed up a bit the whine goes, don't seem to have this problem in the summer, just in the cold winter months, is this a normal LC trait?

time for a complete fluid change

Well it really does sound from under the gear shift area, I changed all the fluids, autobox, diffs, etc about 12000 miles ago, do you think its time to change again?
