Ok...just about every cruiser specialty store has a set of headers....prices range quite a bit... anyone tell the difference in them? What is ya'll oppinion on the best pair for the buck?

What engine?

I have the MAF 2-piece headers. They did the trick for what I wanted and were easy to install. I got the whole bolt-on exhaust, real easy for the DIY guy to get some new headers and pipes on:meh:

I have run quite a few different types and agree... the tri-y has been the best for my seat of the pants, and go ceramic coat it will be worth it in the long run

I've been running a Downey header for years. 2 years ago I had to weld up where one of the header tubes meets the flange at the head but besides that it's been trouble free for quite a while. I believe Marks off road sells the same header as Downey.
