I found a trail road yesterday...property is posted FOR SALE. I am going to call them this week and also try to find some aerial photo to find out where the roads go to. The mud holes in this road are deep and wet and heavily rutted.....I went part ways back and decided to turn around even with rear locked and ATRAC on..... Truck is a nice solid sandy-red color now. :D

Will let you know.

Behind WalMart on Folly Rd
Mud, Hills, Trails
Posted No trespassing

Notes: all but one entrance was chained i stayed on asphalt thats all i could see
I miss that place

Let's see saw hammer now where did you say these signs are. " We don't need no stinking signs"

Used to be 2 great areas here in MB. Best one was when they closed the Air Base, there were miles and miles of great wooded trails, hills, and holes. We were all hoping they would never sell it. Now it is all residential.

Greg do you know about the dog park they had on the old air base up there?

Got a fellow checking on 2 places for me. One is across from Bonno Ferry off Hwy 402, the other is just the other side of Jamestown. Both well within driving distance for day trips.

The guy that has the re cruiser for sale above is big into wheeling. I wrote his number down but failed to bring it home with me. I'll post it up in the morning. Might be a good chance to find some local trails. My buddy said he had a vehicle on 42's in the back yard and a few other cruiser frames.

Places to check out. None of these may be great but they are worth checking out. Google Earth is your friend. Look them up get a good idea of where some trailheads are and start looking. If it's good let me know and I'll take the locations down and name them something only you will know.

Road behind the Target in Summerville at Azalea square (heard it was mud)

Sineath Estates, Wisteria St., ladson, sc West of the subdivision. (mud)

Twin Lakes dr, Summerville towards the river Scout north and south (possible trail system)

Helms drive and Range drive, summerville Scout south of the intersection Looks to be the motherload. (looks like lots of trails)

Scout south of Yerby Rd, Summerville (trails)

Cypress Plantation rd and Old Highway 52, Moncks Corner East of this intersection. (trails)

Buggy Trail and Charity Church Rd, Huger, sc Scout just NE of this road. (trails)

I found all these in about 30 min on the computer.

Thanks Marshall... some of those are private property and posted, but there are some that I have never been to or heard of. We'll check them out soon.
Perty much every thing to wheel down here is mud....or gravel road

Wow never heard of those places but most of them seem like private as stated above if its posted no trespassing dont count me in Hey D call me if you go check them out this weekend ill PM yo my PN

It's a given that if they are posted or state no trespassing not to go. As a club UC can only do things that are legal. But even if they are posted it would be real easy to find out who owns the land and at least make a phone call. You never know.

ive had my fill of almost goin to jail, fines and toys taken away by jonny law

Yeah, we wont wheel without permission, not worth it.
The problem I've seen here is a bunch of REDNECKS go out wheeling, drinking, littering and tearing up the place so it gets posted:ban::mad:

anyone have new news on these trails Marshall posted?
