where to buy arb combination bumper - best price???

so I'm looking at putting the 2003+ arb combination bumper on my wife's 99LC but I need to find where to buy for best price...and it looks like the fog light inserts cost extra.

For the best price, get the part number and start Googleing.
Now for the best company to purchase from, that's not always something that can be Googled.
You may want to either re-phase your question looking for the best company to purchase from that has integrity and can give support after the deal is done or just delete this post and look on Google for the cheapest price under "Shopping".

BTW, I'm not trying to be a wiseguy about it.

That's about as good as you're going to get. Add~$75 for the fog light kit.

Pretty much. The '03+ bumpers fit the earlier years with some minor cutting of two metal tabs behind the bumper cover. There will also be a slightly larger gap between the facia and the bumper, but hardly noticeable.
