My clutch master cylinder needs to be replaced...I know where that is:)

But where is the clutch release cylinder? (is this what is commonly called the slave cylinder?)

I saw something down by the back of the motor on the passenger side...kinda on the bell housing. Could that be it?

I have a leak and it's not the master cylinder so I would imagine it is the release cylinder.

Thanks, DAN

I forget.....but follow the hose from the clutch master................to the slave

this may be superfluous, but I just saw the thread and figured why not add a picture.
orientation: ventral passenger side of the cruiser,
picture right- towards the front of the cruiser
picture top, blurry out of focus thing- the spring hanger for the front spring
picture bottom- front drive shaft
blue object - clutch slave

Yep, thats it.
Check the inside of the firewall where the clutch pedal meets the cylinder, they usually leak out the back of the MC and leak inside the cabin.
that's the master cylinder...isn't he asking about the slave cylinder

thank you very much guys...
