Ok, so I’m trying to add a usb charging outlet and hidden Bluetooth receiver from Out of Sight Audio to my '76 FJ40. Both should be using switched power. But I can’t figure out where to get that power from.

The PO installed this fuse box under the hood (likely to power a stereo that's no longer there), but all these are hot when I test them.
Any thoughts on where I can/should tap into? Both additions are going in my center console.

Find the color wire that gives the relay the signal to open and connect to one of the blades on the back of your fuse pane that is IG +. Then you’ll have a whole row of ignition powered fuses.

Here's the flip side. Everything looks like it's in there really good and I'm not seeing anything that's switched power (the fat red is the power source from the battery positive terminal.
I did find an accessible switched wire that runs to the "fasten seatbelts" light. Thinking I could tap into that.

Follow the pink wire and see where it goes. It looks like the trigger for the relay.

An auxiliary fuse block is the best way to power accessories. If that one has been done right, you could wire your charger and receiver to it, just use appropriate-size fuses for both.

As @Jdc1 has said, the relay on that fuse block is so that it can have switched power with ignition on one of the banks (rows) of fuses.

I would like to add that you need a fuse or fusable link on the R wire coming from the battery, if you don't already have one. @Jdc1 is correct and that would be an easy addition. There should be a LR wire coming from the switched side of the fuse panel to the instrument cluster and heater switch. Use that wire to energize the relay. It will make things easier in the future if you print out a wiring diagram for your model year and properly annotate it with any changes you make, including wire color and device. Keep a copy in your FSM AND scan it to a safe storage device.

Gentlemen, thank you all for your responses. It all panned out perfectly and I now have a much cleaner wiring setup (and a much better understanding of the overall electrical system).
