I know, it's so wrong. I somehow drained a little bit of transmission fluid instead of engine oil on my '03 LX470...huh.
So, I try to refill the transmission fluid in it, but i couldnt find the refill plug. Can anyone show me where it is located? Also, can I mix with some Mobil1 ATF?
Thank's so much for your input.

I thought 04 got the fill plug and 03 still had a dipstick? If so, you fill through the stick, just as with the A343F on 98-02.

I did the same thing the first time - my excuse, and I am sticking with it, was that I was in a hurry and just unscrewed the first pan plug I saw!

Not sure on the '04, but if you have a dipstick that will suffice to fill into.

By the way, do a search on percent of new fluid (or something like that) but I often drain my transmission pan when changing oil. The thought is to keep the oil newish, without having to do a complete flush.

^^^Thank's pegasis.
That what happened. i was too rush and unplug the wrong one. stupid me. The flud is very clear red color, which is not normal for engine oil. So I quickly plugged it back on, and realized it is the transmission fluid.

Now, I need to pick up from Toyota for the fluid, caused I just dont want to mix it.

I did it too first time. The worst part is, I didn't realize my transmission was empty and my engine had twice the oil until a day later when the transmission started jerking from stops. The lesson to be learned is don't rush through first-time procedures.
