Where can you find firewall & heater pipe grommets?

Where can you find FJ40 firewall grommets and the heater hose / heater pipe grommet (like this one: FJ40 LANDCRUISER PARTS Heater Grommet for Firewall | eBay

eBay is turning up used grommets and no particular firewall grommets. None I found at Autozone, Advance, O'Reily's, or Napa seem to fit. Thanks!
