I found this magnificent Cruiser on the WEB.

I wonder if someone know where can I get those wind deflector for the door and this ''sun protector'' over the windshield ?

Unfortunatly, those parts might coming from outside the US (as this one is not an NA market Cruiser)... so I ask especially to people of South America, Europe or Australia.

I'll appreciated a brand, a link or any Web site..

Thank you sved.

This is exactly the kind of reference I wanted. It is appreciated.

Then...

Check out makemycruiserlookcheesy.com :D

... is it your Cruiser that we see when we reach the first page of this website ... Mmmm ... I swore that yes...

How about MacNeil/Weathertech, at least for the door/window visors?(OK, never mind, they don't make them for it).

The door/window visors can still be obtained in Japan (Toyota used to make them, but I'm sure it's long gone).

Yahoo Auction Japan (Haven't done this in a while so, not sure if it would work)

You might want to try some folks on Mud that are living across the pond.

If they can't help you, then... well, you're SOL or I can think of another person who might be able to help if you became desperate. :hillbilly:

Good luck!!

Those whil only fit front doors with ventilator windows,so mostly aus models.

I think those are to big and uggly,(to many visible clips).I had some that where almost the same shape but made for ''normal'' front doors.
They are a pain in wintertime.(ice up,wich results in poor visibility).Just a thought...

The climair just fit inside the window rubbers without any bolts, clips, whatsoever.

Sved, can you post up any more pictures of your sun visor specifically the underside? I'd like to see what kind of structure it has underneath the black plastic and how it hangs onto the rain gutters.

Thanks!

Here you go,pictures from underneath ,topview and leftside mounting Point.
The whole visor is attached with 6 screws.I painted mine red.Originally it comes with a black frame.

This is tech, so you should stick to it instead of padding your post count.

Last I checked, he wasn't wanting to mod YOUR rig, he was wanting to mod his.

I have been looking for the window guards for a while, thanks for the link.

Very cool Sven, thank you! The ideas are bubbling now :D That's the same one as the first picture, right?

That visor is pretty low to the windshield and at a steeper angle than I thought it would be. I was imagining that it would follow the roof line over the windshield, not follow the windshield like that.

Sven, those 6 bolts, those go through holes that are drilled in the rain gutter? Does it use another bracket on the top portion of the rain gutter or just regular lock nuts?

I drilled holes and treaded M5 ,so the holes are not all the way through the rain gutter.
The metal is thick enough for sufficient grip with M5 bolts, but i do want to exchange them with nutserts.
Yes, all the pictures are from the same sunvisor, which has been mounted on my truck for the last 18 years. So it sits rocksolid.
You have a Little room to play with the mountingposition,so it can be mounted higher towards the roof, like the grey cruiser in the first post of this tread.

Little update.

I ordered the front and rear window deflector at http://www.climairuk.com/. FYI : The price for shipping to Montreal was approximately 74£ (only for the front).

Luckily, my brother lives in London. They ship the part there and has been sent to me for a much lower price. The deflector are now in the mail and I look forward to receiving them.

Hi David - how did this brand work out for you on the front and rear window deflectors? Do you have pictures? Thinking about ordering these if they worked well for you?
